Purpose: FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) at Valencia High School will provide as an integral part of the instructional program, additional opportunities for students in business and/or business related fields to develop vocational and career supportive competencies. Our mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs and to promote civic and personal responsibility. Through FBLA, students will develop leadership skills, work collaboratively, enhance their self-esteem, interact with teachers and business professionals, develop a respect for their community, and explore potential career options.
