¡Bienvenidos!
¡Hola!
My name is Alicia Jacinto and I am excited to be teaching at Valencia High School this school year! This year I will be teaching Spanish 1 and Native Speakers 3. I graduated from Savanna High School and then continued my studies at the University of California, Irvine. At the University of California, Irvine I graduated with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in Educational Studies. Afterwards, I completed my Single-Subject Credential in Spanish and M.A. in Teaching at the University of California, Irvine. I also earned my Bilingual Authorization at Cal State Fullerton.
Additionally, I am proud to be the Head Coach of the Cross Country & Track and Field programs at Valencia High School. Coaching allows me the opportunity to connect with students outside of the classroom and help them develop as athletes.
I am excited to start this new school year with you all! Thank you for choosing me as your teacher and coach, I am sure we will learn a lot together. ¡Sí se puede!
