Two VHS Students Earn Perfect Score on ACT

Congratulations to Joseph Yen and Jacob Leiken for earning a perfect score on the ACT college admission and placement exam.  On average, less than one tenth of 1% of the 1.85 million students in the nation who take the exam, earn a perfect score.
