I am proud to announce that Valencia junior, Brandon Kao, is one of only twenty students in the entire nation to advance to the third round of Chemistry Olympiad competition to be held at the Air Force Academy during the first two weeks of June. This is the second consecutive year that Kao has been invited to the third round. The top four competitors at the Air Force Academy study camp will represent the United States in the International competition against students from 70 other nations to be held in Moscow, Russia this July. I hope to have more specifics to share in the near future.
