Registration Procedures
Please note that student registration for MIRE Spring 2024 is ongoing, and the last registration date is December 15, 2023.
Kindly provide a copy of the attached Parental Consent Form to students interested in this program (submit it to Mrs. Douglas, in counseling). Once this form has been signed and submitted by their respective parent or guardian, students can enroll online as follows: OR submit your parent consent and Mrs. Douglas will sign you up.

Answer all the questions from # 1 through 18.

For Question # 19 on the drop-down bar, select Medical Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship (MIRE) - ROP Ed Center SPRING 2024.

There is no need to answer Question #20.
A one-hour mandatory student/parent Orientation Meeting will be held on December 19, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
