All entries are arranged in alphabetical order according to the author's last name, unless there is no author.   If there is no author, the entries should be in alphabetical order by what is next in the specific entry.
Take note of the following abbreviations:  Vol. for Volume, p. for page(s).
If you are unable to locate a copyright date for material (generally only when using a pamphlet and possibly a videocassette), use the abbreviation n.d. (no date).
Make sure all punctuation is included correctly - every comma, period, quotations marks, etc.
