I am so excited to be teaching at Valencia again. I am a proud Valencia alumni. I taught here from 1997-2005, did several long-term assignments between 2011-2016, and have been full time again since 2016. 

I attended Cal State Fullerton where I earned my B.A. in English Literature and my Single Subject Credential. 

My passion is helping my students learn more about the world and themselves through reading, writing, and literature. I believe that if students are thinking critically about what they read and write, then they are expanding their perspective of the world.
